The CR24 and CR24-30 enrobing wire-mesh belts are provided with wire-mesh beater and they feature a total length of 900 mm and a width of 250 mm (CR24) and 300 mm (CR24-30). Used with a tempering machine and combined with a rotating tray they are perfect for the production of truffles. The CR24T and CR24T-30 models, in addition to the wire-mesh beater, are provided with adjustable tail cutting device.
