The NR400S conveyor is suitable to enrobe pralines and pastry products, from biscuits to cakes. The loading wire-mesh can be stopped during positioning of the product to be enrobed; movement can be resumed by simply pressing a knob. Thanks to this special system, just one operator, who can easily move from the loading and enrobing area to the product exit conveyor, can carry out the entire procedure. Both the models NR400S and NR400S-30 are provided with a wire-mesh belt beater and a tail cutting device and can be disassembled; the coating wire-mesh, where no electrical component is mounted, can be removed for an accurate washing. The conveyor can also be equipped with strings in place of wire-mesh in order to obtain a perfect enrobing only on the product surface. The wire-mesh belt working width is 250 mm for NR400S and 300 mm for NR400S-30.
