Series: GC200/400
The Model GC unit, made entirely of painted steel or with stainless steel 304 panels, has been designed to ensure superior results in croissant production.
Technical Features
- The sheet of dough, rolled with the rolling pin, is laid on the feed table.
- Two side disks trim the dough and the waste falls into a special container.
- The dough is rolled by the gauging cylinders to ensure uniform weight, and the dough sheets are joined together to enable continuous work.
- The triangles are cut in two stages, separated and conveyed automatically to the curling unit that rolls up the product as if it were done by hand.
- N. 01 cutting roll included.

Technical Features
F/250 TABLE MODEL
- It can handle dough from 3 to 5 mm thickness.
- Loading and unloading at the front side, that means 800-1000 pieces/hour capacity with one operator.
F/253 TROLLEY MODEL
- A special rolling system and the possibility to adjust the stainless steel cylinder allow to handle dough between 2 and 7 mm thick, as well as mini-croissants.
- Front loading and back unloading of the roller pieces on a baking tray.
- Output per hour ca. 1000- 1200 pieces.
- Recommended for coupling with puff-pastry making machine, with triangle cutting unit.
