Series : Jam Line
The marmalade cookers of the Jam Line Series are necessary in every workshop and marmalade craft.
Theymake every jam perfectly thanks to the specially designed double-wall bin which has got big capacity and is shallow for a better result. It also measures the temperature of the product directly and not of the oil indirectly so as the boiling of the products to be made correctly and accurately.
Apart from marmalade they can make a great variety of products, like :
Cream, semolina cream, bechamel, profiterole cream, pastry cream, rice pudding, sauces, ice cream syrup, etc.
They are extremely versatile machines, available in three models 60/80/120lt and they are fully made of stainless steel AISI 304.
The bin has got two walls with diathermic oil in the middle and the stirrer is also stainless.
The temperature is checked by a digital thermostat and a thermometer with sound signalling can optionally be included.
Their function can either be electric or with gas.
