The Drop in Delice showcase comes in a version where the showcase can serve cold snacks with hasty cooling or hot snacks with dry heating technology.
In hot snacks the projection surface has a single white glass with printed resistance, and can be adjusted to 3 different positions.
The user can adjust the temperature from the control panel which is easily changed from forced cooling to heat, and vice versa.
The operating temperature in cooling is + 4 / + 8ºC and in dry heat the temperature can be adjusted up to 80ºC.
In dry heat the Drop in Delice on the projection surface has a fixed white glass with printed resistance.
The operating temperature is up to 80ºC.
The Drop in Delice showcase in the praline version, the projection surface is made of stainless steel with Scotch Brite finish.

The front of the glass is fixed while the back is not closed.
The lowest support structure of the showcase is made of steel painted with epoxy powder at 180ºC and has adjustable legs.
Monoblock construction 5cm thick with low density polyurethane.
The visible parts are made of AISI 304 with Scotch Brite finish.
Drop in Delice is available in cold, cold snack, cold / hot snack, and dry heat models with a refrigerated storage unit.
These models have the same functions as the simple units, but with the difference of the double thermostat so that the showcase and the cold storage are independent of each other.
The operating temperature is + 4 / + 8ºC, while a version with drawers is also available as an option.
Drop in Delice also comes in desktop versions to integrate into counters just like ceramic hobs in kitchens.
So the sales counter can be made of whatever material you want such as marble, granite, stainless steel, corian etc., where the surface of Drop in Delice will fit in the hole that will be created to be fully integrated in the sales counter with a perfect aesthetic result .
In the forced cooling version for pastry and cold snacks, Drop in Delice has a removable stainless steel projection surface with Scotch Brite finish and a slope of 3cm in relation to the perimeter edge.
The projection surface can be adjusted to another 2 positions for a better appearance of the products.
The different heights:
Position 1: 3cm
Position 2: 5cm
Position 3: 7cm
These adjustable seats are also available for the cold / hot snack version.
In this version, which has a glass projection surface, the glass is easily adjustable thanks to its side handles.
Drop in Delice comes with 2 different types of windows:
Closed: Closed front section with LED lighting and hermetic closure with sliding doors made of Plexiglass.
Open: With front window without sliding doors made of Plexiglass.
- Steel body painted with epoxy powder at 180ºC and adjustable legs.
- Monoblock construction from low density 5cm thick polyurethane insulation.
- All visible parts are made of AISI 304 stainless steel with Scotch Brite finish.
- Perimeter cable resistance to avoid the phenomenon of blur (Moisture in the windows).
- The projection surface consists of removable stainless steel surfaces.
- The projection surface has 3 different height adjustments: 3cm / 5cm / 7cm with respect to the perimeter edge.
- Comes in models with 5 different lengths that can accommodate from 2 to 6 discs 60x40cm.
