Thanks to the forced air circulation, many of the refrigeration problems caused by the glycol are overcome and now the Pozzetti display case is renewed, traditional but with modern technology.

Anti-rotation system

The Pozzetti ice-cream display cases have got anti-rotation system for the bowls.

The bowl is locked in its place and it does not rotate when the operator serves ice-cream.
