Pozzetti are the ice cream showcases of traditional Italian type, either with a hurried method of cold air circulation or with the traditional glycol system but also with static cooling.
Thanks to the rushed air circulation, many of the problems in the cooling that existed with the glycol were overcome and now the Pozzetti showcase comes renewed, traditional but with modern technology.
Anti-rotation system of the baskets
Pozzetti ice cream cabinets have an anti-rotation system for baskets.
The basket locks in place and does not rotate when the operator serves the ice cream.

Pozzetti 2 levels with glycol come in 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 carbine models with internal (UC) or external (NUC) motors.
