The Pozzetti showcase fits perfectly with all Gelaterias styles (Modern and traditional).

Pozzetti are the ice cream showcases of traditional Italian type, either with a hurried method of cold air circulation or with the traditional glycol system but also with static cooling.

Thanks to the rushed air circulation, many of the problems in the cooling that existed with the glycol were overcome and now the Pozzetti showcase comes renewed, traditional but with modern technology.

Anti-rotation system of the baskets

Pozzetti ice cream cabinets have an anti-rotation system for baskets.

The basket locks in place and does not rotate when the operator serves the ice cream.

Pozzetti: Models

The Pozzetti 2 levels with accelerated cooling come in 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 carbine models with internal (UC) or external (NUC) motors.

- Drainage for thawing and cleaning work.

- Manual defrost.

- Optional: Glass serving rack.

- Optional tropicalization: Outdoor condensing unit tested at + 43 ° C ambient temperature.

Thanks to the Ifi Galileo digital connection system, you can monitor and set the parameters of each Ifi product with temperature control anywhere, at any time.

HCS (High-performance Closure System) is the high-performance rear locking system invented by Ifi. A technology that limits the access of external air to serving time only, improving the quality of gelato, hygiene and energy savings. The system, with the help of an integrated sensor, detects the actual time the display case is open reducing the number of defrost cycles to those strictly necessary.
