Easymix revo is the pasteurizer for the production of gelato mixes, easy to use and ensuring the utmost hygiene. It allows to treat both minimum and maximum charges with the same efficiency.
It is possible to change the beating speed by choosing between 8 speeds available.
Thanks to the double heating system, consumptions are reduced.
ECO MODE: when turned on it allows to reduce energy consumption thanks to the optimization of the pasteurizing process.
