Baskett is a mixer kettle designed for the foodservice industry, offering the ability to create endless recipes easily, with perfect and automatic mixing of ingredients.
The heating is gentle and indirect, allowing you to prepare more delicate dishes, and thanks to Baskett, there is no need for constant monitoring. It is an advantage in the kitchen that allows you to use your experience to satisfy large quantities. Efficient, compact, and flexible.
Made entirely of stainless steel, it is available in many different versions (and without a mixer) and can be equipped with a range of accessories to meet the needs of even the most demanding chefs.

Standard Versions:

80 – 105 – 130 – 180 – 250 – 320 – 500 liters
Versions with Pressure Lid:
180 – 320 – 500 liters (electric and steam)

 

1. Lid

Light and Stable
The insulated lid made of AISI 304 features a double wall and is balanced with gas springs. It can be equipped with an opening with a protective grille, allowing for ingredient checking and addition during cooking.
In the pressure versions, the lid has a double wall with a 4-point locking system and a single silicone gasket, ensuring easy and complete opening of the tank.

2. Tap

Ease of Use
The electronic flow meter, controlled by the FTC board, allows precise addition of hot or cold water to the recipe. The practical tap ensures that water is only dispensed when in the correct position.

3. FTC

Simple, Like a Touch
A practical and intuitive latest-generation touch control that allows setting and adjusting all functions of the cooking systems in which it is installed.

4. Double Wall

The Lightness of Bain-Marie
Steam is generated within the double wall, enabling gentle cooking of food. The temperature of the heating surface, the product, and cooking times are easily adjustable. The Cook & Chill option includes a cooling setup, allowing the cooked product's temperature to be lowered.

5. Mixer

A Combination of Tradition and Technology
The mixer offers great autonomy in managing food cooking. It rotates in both directions, continuously or alternately, with adjustable speed and time via the control panel. It is equipped with POM (Polyoxymethylene) scrapers and is removable for easy cleaning.

6. Tank

Practical Use
The AISI 316 tilting tank is specifically designed for the treatment of acidic products, with motorized tilting on the front axle.

7. Feet

Safe Support
AISI 304 stainless steel adjustable feet for perfect leveling.

With Baskett, preparations are made with perfect balance, thanks to the ability to cook with bain-marie, preserving the nutrients of food and protecting the most delicate mixtures from extreme temperature changes.
Indirect steam heating and subsequent cooling (Cook & Chill system) is ideal for processing liquid preparations, such as sauces, soups, and creams.
The presence of the mixer reduces the need for manual labor and allows even the perfect cooking of pasta, rice, boiled meat, and vegetables.
