HM-588 Hundred
The HM-588 is a brand-new, advanced high-speed machine designed for the production of filled, dual-color, and multicolor products in confectionery, bakery, frozen foods, meat products, and many other food applications.
The new HM-588 features a redesigned 45º angled flow regulator, significantly reducing material residue within the system. Its independent motor-driven filling system allows separate control of flow and speed, preventing over-extrusion and preserving the dough’s structure and ideal texture.
A dual-step shutter system ensures precise sealing and enhances the external appearance of the final product.
The HM-588 delivers up to 100 pieces per minute for products up to 300g, efficiently processing a wide range of materials — from soft to sticky textures. It is ideal for a broad variety of products and can optionally be equipped with secondary forming tools to expand production versatility.
The machine offers extensive customization options, including:
