Precision Production Control

Equipped with independent motors, the system allows separate control of both the belt and blade speeds. This functionality enables precise adjustment of size and filling quantity, providing versatility depending on product type and production requirements.

Additionally, it incorporates a lifting mechanism beneath the belt that stabilizes the product during cutting, ensuring consistency and a clean finish in every piece.

Shutter Options

The EU-70L offers three blade types – with 6, 9, or 12 contact points – enabling the creation of various pleating or scoring designs on the top of the product. This feature enhances both the aesthetic appeal and the distinctiveness of the final presentation, in line with market or customer demands.
