Cutting fresh & frozen confectionery & bakery products.

The bridge type cutting system accurately follows designs that are made or easily entered directly on the touch screen by the CNC operator.

The operator can program the cut in several ways: By entering data manually in terms of shapes, by Nesting with which he can insert many different or no shapes from previous cuts, by importing images & fonts, drawings in DXF or DWG files so that adapt cuts of all shapes to art and one-of-a-kind finished products.

The innovative patented hybrid power-saving pump servo system is located below the cutting area and operates at up to 4000 BAR (60 KPSI) in the most accessible mode to guarantee economy and environmental protection.

Ideal for confectionery products such as cakes, pastes, millefeuilles, chocolate cakes, pastries, edible decorations.

The Delicia DC46 water cutting system has the following features:
