These are the unique features of Rotor Bake’s ovens, which combines efficiency of thermal convection and the unique results provided by a rotary oven. With its compact design and unique structure – which allows for access from the front, from the inside of the oven cavity as well as from the top when repairs of maintenanceare necessary – this oven can be placed side-by-side with other ovens or other units, which saves plenty of space. Thermal insulation is provided by high-density panels which reduce heat dispersion to a minimum, while the double door prevents heat and vapor from escaping. The amply-proportioned combustion chamber, with it special shape, is built using AISI 310Ssteel which can withstand temperatures up to 1200 °C, while the extra-large heat exchanger guarantees a thermal efficiency of not less than 80% of the energy input. The structure of the oven cavity and the superb quality of the materials assure a long service life.
