Our automatic unstackers provides the most advantageous solution to remove containers, cartons and cups of various shapes and sizes without wasting time or stopping production.

The unstacker has a solid structure made of stainless steel AISi 304 and anticorodal aluminium. It has a working length of 1200 m at four raws for paper cup for panettone and colomba. Equipped with a pneumatic storage. The product grab with suckers through vacuum generated from a dry-pump. It is electromechanical actuated with a controlled motor gear box with the frequency drive. The storage is equipped with a vibrating system. The electric system is comprehensive of a stailess steel enclosure and PLC.

Our unstackers is:

Adaptable: can be couppled with many production lines and conveyor belts;

Solid: custom-designed stainless steel frame equipped with adjustable feet (available with wheels);

Technological: thanks to its touch screen it is possible to adjust the speed and many other essential settings depending on the production. Our software offers the possibility to insert and adjust recipes.

Unstacker is available in various sizes and models such as: DS-P = Panettoni – Panettoncini – Colombe.
