Machine customizable according to your needs at nr. 2-3-4 injection units, managed by a gearmotor with inverter.

The adjustment of the dosage quantities and the customization of the production speeds are manageable through the touch-screen operator panel, with the possibility of modifying and saving the recipes of one's own production. Needle head unit equipped with a vertical excursion of 200 mm (customizable) electrically controlled by a brushless motor with adjustments on the operator panel.

The whole structure is in stainless steel with swivel wheels and stabilizing feet for fixing to the ground. The product loading hopper is built according to the required capacities and is completely in stainless steel.
Customizable dosing cylinder size according to the type of product required (Panettone; Pandoro or Colomba).

The cleaning of the machine is simple and intuitive, the quick disassembly system of the dosing unit and the relative accessories are completely washable.

The standard equipment is completed by our hopper transfer and loading pump with level reading for automatic load management, single screw pump with the possibility of reversing the direction of rotation, easily removable stainless-steel hopper, stainless steel connection pipe to the dosing machine and bends in flexible PVC hose.
