Our automatic checkweigher allows to quickly and safely automate, thanks to the automatic discharge, the weight of any product, wrapped or not.
Thanks to the accurate scale and an innovative software, it is possible to set a selection range, via touch screen, which allows to have an hourly/daily report of the compliant pieces at the end of each production cycle and not, all of this can be viewable if couppled with our volumetric dough divider SVP.
In the standard version, the automatic checkweigher has the following characteristics:
- Stainless steel structure with adjustable feet;
- Easily removable belts for a complete machine cleaning;
- Food grade plastic scrapers on each belt;
- The product is discharged by the momentary by reversing the direction of the belt, this way the product will be rejected-deposited into a food tray equipped with wheels;
- Electric system according to CE regulations integrated into the structure (*optional touch screen);
- Customizable selection range according to the needs.
