The chocolate tank has got bain-marie technology and the bin has got a stirrer allowing the chocolate to remain in a fluid state.

The machine is fully stainless and it is available in two models of 250 and 350kg.

They have also got a digital thermostat and a heated extraction valve and the stirrer can be easily removed for ease in washing.

They have got extra insulation for greatest economy in use.
