The LABOR refrigerated counters are the result of GEMM's experience in the field of storage for fresh and frozen pastry products. The innovative static/assisted cooling system, known as "HSS," guarantees perfect temperature uniformity within the chamber, a good level of relative humidity, and low energy consumption. Equipped with a high-performance cooling system, LABOR counters ensure excellent operation even under challenging working conditions.

LABOR counters are a valuable tool that meets the demands of the most professional users. The design is characterized by elegant and essential ergonomic solutions for easy and functional use.

The counters are built with a one-piece structure entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with a 50 mm thick insulating core made by injecting high-density polyurethane resins free from HCFC. The chamber has a molded and rounded bottom to ensure maximum cleanliness and hygiene. The doors feature snap-in magnetic gaskets, which are easily replaceable. Cooling is fan-assisted, with protected evaporators placed between the chambers, and the condensing unit is removable and mounted on rails for easy maintenance. The temperature is controlled by the rear panel control board, which constantly displays the temperature.

The LABOR series refrigerated counters and freezers are designed to accommodate 60x40 cm trays, the ideal solution for pastry and bakery laboratories. Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, LABOR counters are equipped with a rear control panel, electric defrosting, and an automatic condensate water elimination device. They are available with an integrated condensing unit or prearranged for a remote condensing unit with a thermostatic valve fitting, in both normal and low-temperature versions. Each door is equipped with 7 pairs of runners, with a 75 mm pitch.
