- Control panel with digital thermometer and thermostat
- Temperature range +2/+10°C
- Refrigerant fluid: R134a
- Evaporator injection-moulded with static refrigeration
- Air circulation through motor compartment with intake from front and discharge at back and side for a higher reliability
- Supplied as standard with 2 stainless steel AISI 304 bridge-bars to hold containers
- Among the optional accessories are many Gastronorm container kits containers are also available as single units
