As the fruit of an enormous passion for this food product, in all of its forms and flavours, the KAGL6B ice cream freezeris capable of guaranteeing perfect ice cream at any time thanks to the use of the latest preservation technologies.
- Inside chamber with rounded corners, diamond tread flooring and easily removable racks for maximum hygiene
- Standard version equipped with door lighting and key-operated lock
- AISI 304 stainless steel racks with 9 positions spaced 150 mm apart for 54 containers (36x16,5x12 cm), or 6 positions spaced 180 mm apart for 48 containers (36x16,5x12 cm)
- Electronic circuit board with HACCP alarms and Hyper
Cold function for rapid chamber cooling
- Single-piece structure in AISI 304 stainless steel, complete with 75 mm thick CFC-free polyurethane insulation, which guarantees maximum performance while ensuring complete respect for the environment
- Reversible door, equipped with a self-closing system for apertures of less than 90° and a Quick Opening system to reduce waiting times when re-opening the door
- Ventilated refrigeration system with TotalCold air circulation, which guarantees temperature uniformity by channeling the cold air onto the shelves and not directly onto the food items
- Increased storage capacity: 15% more storage thanks to the placement of the evaporator outside the compartment
- Evaporator designed for maximum surface heat exchange and with an anti-corrosion treatment for unlimited durability
- Ambient temperature +43 °C: performance and reliability, even under extreme environmental conditions
- Easy Maintenance: complete accessibility to all the functionality and control components via a removable front panel
