The DELICE and DELICE PLUS are extremely reliable refrigeration and storage cabinets, designed specifically for use in pastry, chocolate, and gelato laboratories. They were created to offer the best support to professionals: ideal storage for fresh and delicate pastry products, keeping the precious creations of chocolatiers intact, and ensuring the storage of soft and creamy gelato as if it were just made. The tropical-rated refrigeration systems ensure high performance even in difficult environmental conditions. Indirect ventilation, uniform air distribution, and a high level of relative humidity allow fresh pastries to be perfectly preserved without compromising their aesthetics and hydration.


The DELICE and DELICE PLUS cabinets are the expression of the most modern refrigeration technologies, making them indispensable for every professional pastry and gelato laboratory. The electronic control panel enables continuous monitoring of temperature and humidity levels inside the cabinet (DELICE PLUS), ensuring the perfect storage of every pastry product. Also, the indirect ventilation (gentle or "soft" airflow) ensures that storage does not affect the product's characteristics in any way, even after several days. It guarantees hydration and preserves the product's original quality.


They can accommodate trays measuring 60x40 cm or 60x80 cm. They are equipped with 20 pairs of runners for tray support in pastry models, while the gelato version is standardly supplied with 5 shelves for positioning gelato containers. Made entirely of stainless steel, following the highest quality standards, they feature 75 mm thick insulation produced by injecting HCFC-free polyurethane resins, with the utmost respect for the environment. The temperature is controlled by an intuitive electronic panel, which is easy to program and allows maximum precision in every working cycle.

The powerful and high-performance refrigeration system allows rapid recovery of the internal temperature after the door opening, guaranteeing perfect preservation at all times.
